Necropsy
Necropsy can perform forensic doctor at the plant or forensic doctor at the hospital anatomopatolog. I performed in two cases:
- post-mortem in case of sudden death from unintentional suspicion of a crime (eg drug overdose, or the art of medical error) or intentional (a clear influence of third parties);
- in the case of post-mortem acute or chronic illnesses, which led to the death of a patient in a hospital in order to clarify the cause of death or illness.
Despite continuous development of medical knowledge, there are often cases in which doctors are unable to answer the question why the the deceased person, in particular as regards the sudden deaths of seemingly healthy people.
